Carbondale Attendance Center is seeking a dedicated Math and Reading Academic Coach to support student learning through targeted instruction and collaboration within the MTSS framework. The coach will provide one-on-one and small-group support in both reading and math, assist with progress monitoring and data collection, and work closely with teachers to enhance classroom instruction and student achievement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• KSDE Highly Qualified certification, completion of Paraeducator Training, or equivalent experience in reading/math intervention

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
