Position Summary:
The Middle School Principal will serve as the instructional and operational leader, promoting a positive, student-centered culture while ensuring academic and operational excellence. This leader will work closely with staff, families, and the community to help every student reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visionary Leadership:Develop and communicate a clear vision for academic and cultural success.
• Culture & Climate:Foster a positive, inclusive school environment where students and staff thrive.
• Instructional Leadership:Guide staff in student-centered, data-driven teaching practices and professional growth.
• Operational Management:Oversee school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, facilities, and resources.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:Use data to monitor student progress and drive instructional improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience:3-5 years of leadership experience in middle school or equivalent preferred.
• Education:Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field; valid administrative certification.
• Skills:Strong communication, organizational, and data-analysis skills with a collaborative leadership style.
